Tilemaster LevelFlex+ FINISH is the next generation version of the popular Tilemaster LevelFlex, one of Tilemaster’s most popular products. It has been specifically developed to give an excellent finish allowing resilient floorcoverings to be laid directly on top of the surface.
As its name implies, Tilemaster LevelFlex+ FINISH is a flexible fibre-reinforced smoothing and levelling compound that is rapid setting and drying, allowing foot traffic after 2.5 hours and floorcoverings to be installed after four hours. It can be applied in depths from 2mm to 60mm over a wide variety of substrates including flooring grade bitumen and asphalt, tongue and groove timber floorboards, existing vinyl and ceramic tiles, steel, as well as calcium sulphate and sand/cement screeds, and concrete. It is moisture tolerant making it suitable for use to pre-smooth the floor before installation of a damp proof membrane.
LevelFlex+ FINISH should be applied after priming. Priming minimises the risk of pinholes forming, allows for the best flow properties and prolongs the working time of the levelling compound. Tilemaster Primeplus is designed to prime, stabilise and seal substrates prior to the application of self-levelling compounds and Prime+ Grip is a ready mixed, ready to use, rapid drying primer that can be used on both absorbent and non- absorbent substrates and provides a textured ‘+ Grip’ surface.
