i4F’s 3L TripleLock is the easiest and fastest system for flooring installation on the market. There are no inserts needed like other fold-down systems. The elimination of the additional insert on the short side means manufacturers can improve productivity levels as well as reduce their costs and carbon footprint. 3L TripleLock is suitable for existing high-speed production and has multiple installation benefits: it is up to 30% faster than basic clicks, there’s no squeaking and no special tools are needed for installation.
Click4U - Angle system for the long-side combined with 3L TripleLock on the short side.
i4F’s Click4U is an angle system that combined with 3L TripleLock on the short side provides extremely high locking strength. Click4U is also suitable for existing high-speed production machinery and has multiple installation benefits: it is fast and easy to install and does not require special tools.
i4F drop-lock technologies can be used on any material that can be milled and also work on a wide range of thicknesses from 3.5mm – or slightly below dependent on the material composition – to up to 18+ mm. This enables a floating floor, making installation and repairs fast and easy even in the middle of a floor.
i4F’s new, i-Click4U is the world’s first water-resistant one- piece drop-lock system flooring installation system. i-Click4U (impermeable-Click4U), has exceeded all North American Laminate Flooring Association requirements relating to water resistant flooring including the requirement that panels must withstand water for a minimum of 24 hours. The system has also been independently tested and approved by renowned German and French test institutes.
i-Click4U technology eliminates the need for any chemical sprays or additional sealing substances, like wax or paraffin, normally required on the edges to prevent water leaking into flooring panel joints.
