It’s been a busy year for the cleaning and hygiene sector, and the time has come to celebrate the best that the industry has to offer: the Tomorrow’s Cleaning Awards 2024 are now open!
The Tomorrow’s Cleaning Awards, which have been running consecutively for 13 years, are designed to celebrate the best products and services, most of which have graced the pages of our magazine over the past 12 months. It’s a mix of innovative new products and services, plus many reliable favourites built on a successful reputation that continue to excel.
Following weeks of deliberations, we’ve managed to narrow down a massive list of entries to the impressive finalists that you’ll find in this guide. Covering everything from training to the latest in cleaning technology, environmentally- friendly solutions and the latest hygiene formulations, the diversity of our finalists demonstrates the depth and variety that our industry has, and how adaptable it is to a constantly evolving market.
In this guide, you’ll find a handy breakdown of each finalist, with all the information you’ll need to know about each product or service as you make up your mind on who to vote for. With so many to choose from, there’s a lot of information to digest, so take your time before confirming your choice and visiting the voting form.
PICKING YOUR WINNER
No pressure, but now we’ve selected the best that our industry has to offer, the rest is down to you. It’s your job to let us know who you want to be crowned champion this year. Voting is now open, and you have until Monday 11 March 2024 to make your selection and cast your vote. Whether it’s a service you’ve been using regularly for years, or a new, innovative and game-changing product, it’s up to you to make your choice and tell us who you believe deserves the top spot when the results are announced in late March.
Every year, it becomes more and more challenging to narrow down the list of products, services and innovations that make it into the list of Finalists you’ll find inside these pages, as the volume of deserving products and services continues to grow. Make sure your vote counts by reading through this guide, and even encourage friends, family and colleagues to join in, too. Let’s make this a proper round of applause for our amazing industry by getting more people involved than ever before.
Last year, the Love Sustainability Journey from Rubbermaid Commercial Products came out on top, as its mission to advance the industry’s sustainable endeavours resonated with our audience. Packed with tools, training and tips, the Journey’s success is unique because everybody wins when everyone improves their sustainability efforts. Nilfisk’s VHB436 came a close second, proving the popularity of truly cordless professional vacuum cleaners, while in third place the BVL 5/1 Bp from Kärcher reinforced this trend of backpack vacuum love. Maybe this year will be a case of ‘go wireless or go home’ too?
Our 2023 Awards were a huge success, with more votes than ever. Voting is always surprisingly tight, with the differences in position often coming down to just a handful of votes – every single one matters, so don’t be afraid to share the Guide to spread the word and make an impact for the product or service of your choice. Anyone could emerge victorious in the Tomorrow’s Cleaning Awards 2024, so never underestimate the value of your opinion.

Voting is open to everyone, not just readers of Tomorrow’s Cleaning, and the process couldn’t be simpler. All you have to do is take a look at all of our nominees, visit the online poll linked on every page, and select your favourite entry. That’s it. There are no endless forms to fill in, nothing to sign up to: just pick your favourite and the job’s done. Optionally, you can also tell us why you made your choice if you like, but the voting itself is quick, easy, and we don’t badger you into giving us all of your personal information. Simple!
