Vileda Professional’s SWEP system brought the first pre-prepared flat mopping system to the market more than 40 years ago. Evolving from our expertise in the market, the new re-designed and perfected SWEP system has resulted in a new class of performance, efficiency, ergonomics and sustainability.
For faster cleaning and unmatched hygiene with minimised impact on the environment. The system has been ergonomically certified by ErgoCert for its human-centred design and its operating excellence. It comes with a new range of high-performance mops, frames and a handle made from up to 60% recycled materials.
With efficient double-sided cleaning, the new SWEP pre-prepared mops feature increased dirt pick- up capacity and higher water release for mopping further. This is achieved through a unique 3D honeycomb cut pile and brush fibre combination with extra-fine microfibres, and a cut pile and fringe combination where needed. These fibres remove up to 99.99% of bacteria and viruses, synchronised with a flat frame design to minimise places to trap dirt, viruses and bacteria.
Sustainability was a focus during the design of the new SWEP mops to make them an easy sustainable choice for customers and are made with up to 60% recycled material. Created without compromise to product performance and extreme durability of up to 1,000 washing cycles, the mops are accredited with the prestigious Nordic Swan Ecolabel. Our new frames and handles also carry the Plastica Seconda Vita certification for use of second life plastic.
Our SWEP r-frames and r-Ergo handle were created to make cleaning easier and more ergonomic. The handle is lightweight with a rotating spherical grip, to protect the wrist for easier movement across the floor. The frame has a fully flat design that can effortlessly be flipped for cleaning with the second side of the mop. Fast and touchless mop removal for optimum hygiene.
