AWARDS2nd Place “Excellent piece of kit
that is only going to get better and better.”
Robo 3 from ICE
“It's the future of cleaning.”
“I have seen a lot of robot cleaning machines, but this is the first that surpassed my
expectations. What an outstanding product – I have current have several ordered!”
Our second place trophy goes to ICE for the Robo 3, the fully autonomous cleaning machine that has taken a huge leap over the previous generation model. With a quick-change battery system increasing the run time up to six hours and the smarts to return to areas that it previously missed due to obstructions, the Robo 3 clearly impressed many readers of Tomorrow’s Cleaning.
Julie Kitchener, Head of Customer Service and Marketing at ICE, said: “We are extremely pleased that the ICE Robo 3 continues to be recognised for the true innovation and differentiation it delivers to the market.
“ICE has been at the forefront of developing robotic cleaning machines for a number of years, and has extensive experience in this area. Robotics still plays an integral part in our strategy, and will continue to do so. We also see it as a real positive that more autonomous machines are coming to market this year as we really believe that this is the future.”
AWARDS 3rd
Place “It is easy to use and
great battery life around great machine.”
VP600 Battery
from Nilfisk “High cleaning
performance in a robust body.”
And finally, rounding out the top three was last year’s winners, Nilfisk, with their VP600 Battery vacuum. The VP600 is a flexible dual-speed machine that can boost productivity, is cordless with excellent mobility and boasts a runtime of up to 60 minutes thanks to its quickly rechargeable batteries.
Karen Nicolson, Marketing Manager at Nilfisk UK, added: “We are delighted that Nilfisk VP600 Battery Vacuum has been recognised as a runner up in the 2019 awards. The VP600 follows in the footsteps of previous Nilfisk winners to again take centre stage.
“The machine has become a firm favourite with contract cleaners and end users in hospitality, passenger transport and healthcare sectors where safe, productive, cable free cleaning is a must.”
We also want to say a special thank you to each and every one of you that voted in this year’s awards. Without you these awards would not be accurate, so thank you for taking the time out to have your say.
