Adjudicator Workshops Festival Manager Workshops
Festival Manager Workshops are offered to all schools hosting a WSMA music festival at no charge. The workshops are intended to provide important information to festival managers, including festival manager responsibilities, overall festival organization ideas and an overview of the festival management software.
Workshops are highly recommended for all festival managers.

Assignments for State Solo & Ensemble Festivals are done by WSMA and can be viewed on the WSMA website. Entire school transfer requests to another state location must be submitted no later than Nov. 15, are only granted under special circumstances and must be approved by WSMA. Contact the WSMA Festivals Team with questions.
WSMA adjudicators have a lasting impact on students and mu- sic teachers that extends far beyond the festival stage. Serving as an adjudicator also brings invaluable insights back to your own classroom, inspiring your teaching and better preparing your students for future festivals.
To maintain a highly qualified, well-trained team, WSMA en- courages interested music educators to join us. Follow these steps to get started:
• Visit the Adjudicator Center website. • Complete the online Adjudicator Registration Form. • Register for an upcoming Adjudicator Workshop.
To accommodate busy schedules and geographic diverse participants, workshops are primarily held virtually.
• In-Person Option: The only in-person workshop of the year is held at the Wisconsin Center for Music Education in Waunakee, in conjunction with the annual Wisconsin State Music Conference.
