SPT Labtech has launched fully automated workfl ows for Twist Bioscience’s next- generation sequencing (NGS) library preparation kits on its fi refl y®
liquid
handling platform. Accessible via the fi refl y cloud, the validated workfl ows support Twist’s FlexPrep™ UHT and Enzymatic Fragmentation Kit 2.0, helping laboratories increase throughput, improve reproducibility, and reduce hands-on time.
The automated FlexPrep™ workfl ow integrates on-deck fragmentation and ligation with an auto-normalising protocol that condenses indexing and cleanup to
just four columns of a 96-well plate. This enables labs without 384-well thermal cyclers to process samples effi ciently while maintaining consistent results.
Integration with Twist’s Enzymatic Fragmentation Kit 2.0 further streamlines NGS pipelines, reducing error rates and supporting more accurate sequencing.
