Detection Zone The Gas

The New Gas Detection Zone will be a Major Attraction at WWEM 2010

Traditionally focusing on environmental monitoring within the water industries, the event will now also highlight airborne industrial hazards and risk assessment across all industries, with the participation of the Council of Gas Detection and Environmental Monitoring (CoGDEM). Hazards include accidental exposure to low oxygen levels in confined spaces and to toxic or explosive gases.

The seminars that will run will provide WWEM visitors with the latest help and advice on modern gas detection technology as part of a risk reduction strategy. Many of the exhibitors are leaders in the field of gas detection and their technical staff will be available to provide training on how to operate, calibrate and maintain instruments cost-effectively.

Visitors will be attracted from the Food and Beverage industries, Power, Petroleum, Chemical, Oil, and Pharmaceutical industries as well as the Water Companies.
