ERAFLASH S10 is eralytics unique 10-position autosampler fl ash point tester.
It is the perfect instrument for the automated analysis of up to 10 samples making it the analyzer of choice for high-throughput laboratories, handling large amounts of samples every day.
ERAFLASH S10 is fully compliant with ASTM D7094 that offers ASTM proven excellent correlation to Pensky Martens testers (ASTM D93) and ASTM D6450. Both are continuously closed cup methods and therefore intrinsically safe in usage.
With a low sample volume of 1-2 mL and the intrinsically safe continuously closed cup method it is the ideal instrument for unattended fl ash point measurements and guarantees maximum safety. There is no risk at all of a fi re in the lab as any fl ame is automatically extinguished due to a lack of oxygen.
With its unrivaled temperature range of -25 to 420 C (-13 to 788 °F) ERAFLASH S10 can be used for fuel specifi cation purposes and is also an extremely cost effi cient tool for special applications like the fl avors and fragrances industry all the way to big used oil testing facilities. Another great benefi t is the optional cooling lid for the ERAFLASH S10 which is a unique solution for many reasons: The pre-cooled lid allows easy and time-saving sample preparation. As a consequence the sample cups are pre-cooled as well what means that no complicated cooling prior sample fi lling is necessary.
The pre-cooled samples need less intensive cooling during sample measuring resulting in shorter turn-around times. As no elevated temperatures are reached and volatile compounds are far less likely to evaporate before the measurement is started, more precise and reliable results are reached.
For even more measurement comfort eralytics’ fl ash point testers offer a quality control (QC) mode right on the instrument. To perform effi cient quality control, the user can set individual warning levels to each QC sample. If a sample is measured and the results fall outside these limits a warning is automatically displayed. QC charts are available to easily identify long term drifts and perform statistical evaluations of results.
With the new Software Generation 8 eralytics again took a further step towards an even more user-friendly interface, guiding the user easy and fast through all necessary measurement steps.

With its unmatched precision, speed and versatility ERAVAP measures even highly viscous samples and covers the widest possible temperature range from -20 °C to 120 °C (4 °F to 248 °F).
Depending on the application ERAVAP comes with a pressure sensor of 1000 kPa (EV10) or 2000 kPa (EV20). Measuring results with a 1000 kPa pressure sensor offers a better resolution and a better stability. With the 1000 kPa pressure sensor fewer re-calibrations are necessary while still staying within the specifi ed limits of the CRMs in the ASTM standards. Using a 2000 kPa pressure sensor is an effi cient solution for special applications like vapor pressure testing of liquifi ed petroleum gas (propane, and propane/butane mixtures).

Due to its portability ERAVAP is also used in mobile laboratories around the world. It even stays portable with the directly attached auto sampler. An easily removable full metal housing allows fast access for calibration purposes without dismantling the instrument.
