Safe, secure and looking good Philip says GHA has done ‘brilliantly’

TENANT in the south says his new windows are a glass act.
Philip McLaughlin, from Mosspark, is enjoying safe, secure, smart-looking double glazing after new windows were installed last November. Philip, 78, a retired builder, from Ashdale Drive, is delighted with the result.
He said: “I had the old
wooden windows and these new ones were put in at the end of
last year. “They’re nice and secure and
they look fabulous too. “The guys did a great job – they
were done in a day. “The new windows are great, especially now that the flat has been decorated. I had a new boiler installed five or six years ago too, so it’s all looking good. “I’ve lived here for 20 years and I really like it.
“GHA has done brilliantly in modernising homes.”
