CHARLES TASSELL DEPARTS GCNKAA; PAT CROWLEY STEPS IN AS NEW VP GOVERNMENTAL

AFFAIRS After more than 20 years, Charles Tassell is stepping down as Director

of Governmental Affairs with the Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Apartment Association. He has been the voice and face of our legislative efforts at the local, state, and national level and has some pretty big shoes to fill with his absence. In his place, we are excited that Pat Crowley has accepted the posi-

tion of Vice President of Governmental Affairs and is currently working closely with Charles to get caught up on all the issues facing the multifamily housing industry. If you have any questions or would like to introduce yourself to Pat, you may email him directly at pat@gcnkaa.org or call the GCNKAA offfice. To learn more about Pat - including his goals and efforts for the GCNKAA - please see page 44 of this newsletter. While Charles is stepping down as a staff member, he is still a prop- erty owner and member of the GCNKAA and will remain active on the legislative committee including, his role as a representative of the Ohio Apartment Association Board of Trustees. We wish him the best of luck in his new endeavours and look forward to continuing to work with him.
