Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Apartment Association (GCNKAA) 2021 Trade Show scheduled for August 12 at Sharonville Convention Center. Booth are only $800 each through July 29. After July 29, the price per booth will increase to $900 per booth. While we are excited to welcome you back to our 2021
Trade Show, we have made some modifications to the floorplan and various other policies to maintain the health and safety or our members. Due to social distancing guidelines, we have modified the floorplan for maximum booth space while maintaining safety standards. Current modifications include: • Removing food display from the center aisle. Free food will still be provided from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm; however, the food area for 2021 has been removed from the exhibit hall to an adjourning room. Cocktail tables will be placed throughout the exhibit hall. Food will be a grab-n-go style display and everyone will be encouraged to take their food and beverages back into the exhibit hall.
• Sharonville Convention Center currently mandates back and side rails to be 8’ drapes, virtually encasing your ex- hibit space on three sides. While we hope this criteria may change by August, please plan accordingly. Booths are now on sale with a limited supply. If you would

have 99 total booths for the 2021 trade show, however, due to com-panies opting to transfer their booth from the canceled 2020 show to the 2021 show, we are limited to only 20 available booths.

Our priority continues to be the health and well-being of our exhibi- tors, guest speakers, seminar attendees and all of our trade show attendees. As guidelines change and restrictions continue to ease, we will share with you any updates to the show well in advance of our event.
