Pittsburg State Univeristy in Pittsburg, Kansas, an ICI University Member, donated their foundry supply of N95 respirator masks to a local hospital during the pandemic outbreak. These 500 masks were donated to the programs held at PSU by 3M in support of the Pittsburg State Metal Casting Program and the ICI Certification Program.

At the end of 2018, FEINGUSS BLANK started automated casting. Over the past two years, this system has been further optimized. Today, two robots simultaneously handle the ceramic shell and the melt to help streamline the casting process.
