tub and swim spa industry that will be celebrated with the 2020 UK Pool & Spa Awards. In the same way that the industry has had to adapt to the global pandemic and unprecedented business challenges, the UK Pool & Spa Awards have to change too. So, on the crest of a bubbling wave,
the Awards results for 2020 will be announced as a virtual presentation this year. “We know everyone will miss the
opportunity to get together in what has become a red letter date for the industry, but of course, everyone’s health and safety comes first,” comments Christina Connor on behalf of the competition organisers,

CHALLENGING YEAR The UK Pool & Spa Awards is the only
competition open to the entire water leisure industry, regardless of trade affiliation, the contest celebrates its 10th anniversary this year. Despite the trading challenges, this
year’s competition has attracted some 130 entries. The Awards are structured so that as many businesses as possible can feel the benefits. Competition entries receive public votes, and points from the specialist judges before being assessed by an independent jury of experts.
In addition to the specialist spa
categories, awards will also be entered in categories such as UK Pool Team Of The Year, International Team Of The Year as well as special achievement awards. All competitors will be notified of
broadcast details but look out for the links on the UK Pool & Spa Awards and Pool and Spa Scene websites for the livestream, nearer the event on Thursday December 10.
