a tired and unloved residential swimming pool. Not just a question of a refresh, the outdoor swimming pool, needed updating with some key modernisation including updated safety factors. Unrecognisable from the virtually


derelict, abandoned pool that it was, the renovation project was put into the safe hands of the experienced West Midlands swimming pool team. Their brief was to update an old, leaking concrete pool. Including change of fittings to liner compatible with a second bottom drain added to comply with latest safety standards. They also recommended a new on-site lining and a new set of stone copings. The customer was expecting a

depth of colour and a pool that fitted his colour concept for his garden. Certikin Optimus grey fittings and Royal Mosaic for the lining were decided upon to achieve the richness of colour the client was looking for. This certainly lived up to expectations. Budget was set from the beginning,
