“This is my commandment, that ye love one another, as I have loved you. Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.”

– John 15:12-13

“But when he saw the multitudes, he was moved with compassion on them, because they fainted, and were scattered abroad, as sheep having no shepherd. Then saith He unto his disciples, ‘The harvest truly is plenteous, but the laborers are few; Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that He will send forth laborers into His harvest.’”

– Matthew 9:36-38

Children are one of God’s most precious gifts. Yet in spite of this, countless children die daily from a lack of basic nutrition and medical care. Who will step up to aid the young ones who have nowhere to turn for help?

People at every age and stage of life are suffering under the oppression of sin and darkness. There are men and women ready, willing and able to lay down their lives to see salvation in Jesus Christ come to those around them. Who will support the efforts of these dedicated laborers as they petition the Lord for a harvest of souls?

Unfortunately, today’s world is much different than the world we lived in on January 1, 2020. No one could have expected a worldwide pandemic that has not only claimed hundreds of thousands of lives, but caused so many across the globe to lose their financial stability due to lockdowns and “stay at home” orders. Reports from the areas where WME works tell us how many families and children are suffering from hunger with no government assistance available. As you can imagine, this has affected our WME Child and Native Missionary Sponsorship programs.
