GIVE BATTERED WOMEN A FRESH START: WME is working with a partner dedicated to mentoring, discipling and restoring the lives of battered women. The ladies in this program have wounds that are physical, mental and spiritual. Your gift of $50 to $100 will supply food, clothing, household items, toiletries and the like to women who want to break free of the past and find a new life in Christ. You are also welcome to send toiletries, household items or gently-used clothing to WME’s Dallas Offices.
SEND WINTER BOOTS TO CHILDREN, WIDOWS, ELDERLY OR MISSIONARY FAMILIES IN EASTERN EUROPE: In Eastern Europe, we are involved in an Annual Shoe Project. In Moldova, there is a Christian shoe manufacturer who provides winter boots and shoes at minimal cost. These good quality shoes and boots are made to withstand long, harsh winters. Our WME Ministry Partner supplies these shoes to children in state-run homes, elderly in area facilities, the poor, and national missionary families. With a gift of $30, you can bless someone in Eastern Europe with a warm pair of winter shoes.
COWS, GOATS, RABBITS & CHICKENS:With farm animals, a family can enjoy eggs, milk, cheese and other products. They also can earn money by selling food and animal offspring. Provide a flock of chickens — $100; a pen of rabbits —$100; pair of milk goats —$100; a pig or hog —$200; or milk cow or water buffalo — $300.
CHURCHES & BIBLES:WME has helped build and establish hundreds of churches around the world. These churches become community centers bringing hope, truth and fellowship to their villages. Your gift of $3,000 and up to our Church Building Fund can help plant native churches in communities around the globe. Your gift of $25 will provide New Testaments or Bibles to those who need the message of salvation.
