19, and the myriad of different ways that businesses are having to alter the way they operate. As we all adjust to the ‘new normal’, it’s clearer each day, that ‘normal’ is different for each of us, and there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach. Companies have adapted admirably through


the worst of the crisis so far, and we’ve been heartened to hear from member businesses who have reached out – to our representation team for help navigating the various Government schemes, to our membership team for support, to our marketing team to share their news, and to our events team to get involved in our new online programmes.Keep reaching out: we are here for you.
