IN THE SPOTLIGHT: CONSTRUCTION & REDEVELOPMENT BHANGALS CELEBRATES MILESTONE
A multi-award winning project management and quantity surveying practice in Northampton is celebrating its 10th anniversary. Bhangals Construction
Consultants was launched by Parm Bhangal from his bedroom in 2010 to help clients reduce construction costs and achieve projects of a high standard. Initially, it worked on projects
worth between £100,000 and £500,000 but it has gone on to work on larger schemes worth up to £18m. This has included project managing the construction of 100 apartments in North London and providing consultancy services for a new Sikh temple. Buoyed by their success, and
growing list of regional and national awards, the firm also set up My Building Estimate in 2016 to help contractors to price up projects. Parm said: “We want to
help our clients to develop and build more. We offer free advisory services to developers, architects and contractors. We’ll help contractors discover if they’re overpaying for materials and we offer free feasibility costings to our clients for sites they’re considering buying. We’d rather hold their hand through the early stages and then work with them once they’ve bought a site than charge them hundreds of
