New improved membership packages to support business

shapes and sizes, with even more services and benefits to help them grow, succeed and prosper. The new packages, named Ready, Bronze,

D

Silver and Gold, follow the same successful formula as previously, but with an even wider range of additional services. There is also real clarity on showing how much a service is worth if it was to be purchased separately, highlighting just what incredible value membership at all levels offers. Through the tiered Bronze, Silver and Gold membership packages, every business and their employees has access to an enormous range of services to meet their individual needs, including Finance, HR and Legal advice, health and wellbeing support, personal business advice and support, international trade support and tools to support import and export, endless opportunities to meet prospective customers and access to great savings. In addition to the three tiers of membership, a

number of firms have fed back that an emergency package to support businesses severely impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic might be beneficial as they look to recover. As a result the Chamber has introduced its new ‘Ready’ package which is available for a limited period only and provides access to all Chamber Digital webinars, as well as key business support services such as Chamber Protect and Chamber Finance during these unprecedented times. Andy Hibbitt, Chief Operating Officer,

explains: “From listening to our members we knew that the previous packages we offered were good, but that we could make real improvements to what we had to offer on every membership level. Through an open procurement process earlier this year we welcomed all members to offer their services to others, which in turn has allowed us to expand and adapt our packages quickly in light of Covid-19. Our new Chamber Digital webinar series also offers fantastic value to our new and existing members. Developed rapidly in response to the current crisis, over 600 Doncaster business delegates have already taken part. It will continue to be a key part of our Chamber Events programme, blending perfectly with face

to face events when safe to resume, and offer a flexible platform to bring businesses together around an array of topics. “Right now we know the bottom line is more

important than ever to every business, and every penny spent must be justified. We are confident that active Chamber membership represents a real and significant saving for business, not a cost, and so we are confident in sharing the true value of the benefits of membership. Our new Ready, Bronze, Silver and Gold packages are specifically designed to support local companies and with prices starting at just £10 per month they offer fantastic value for money when you consider the thousands of pounds worth of service and support available.”

Packages for new members will be priced at: • Ready: £10 +VAT per month

• Bronze: £22 +VAT per month • Silver: £39 +VAT per month • Gold: £88 +VAT per month

Charity and third sector organisations can again

take advantage of all packages at a discounted rate. Andy Morley, Group Managing Director at

ProAktive explains why he felt compelled for his business to be a Chamber member: “Doncaster Chamber has done a huge amount for the borough in the past ten years. From influencing the development of the Great Yorkshire Way, to leading the lobbying campaign for the Doncaster University Technical College and introducing Opportunities Doncaster to bring business and education together, the Chamber is at the heart of business. Their relationship with the local authority is also second to none, ensuring that we have the best representation for business in the area and I would encourage all local companies to become members if they are not already.” Existing members will be transferred to the

relevant new package at no additional cost, with prices for existing members frozen until their next renewal date.
