rinceton Tool, Inc, has supported the investment casting industry for more than 20 years with services
including Design/Manufacture of Investment Cast Tooling, Wax Injection/ Mold Assembly, Post Cast Machining and Layout Services. Their wax patterns and mold assembly business unit services multiple major foundries across the United States of America. Princeton Tool provides an alternate
to injecting and preparing waxes in house. This allows valuable areas previously supporting the many steps of producing wax molds, and re-allocating that space to increase throughput by enhancing dip lines, mold storage, additional furnaces, etc. With one of the largest tool shops on
the east coast and a satellite operation in the southeast, Princeton Tool offers a complete package including tooling and

wax patterns. In 2009, Princeton Tool started its wax operation supporting nozzle assemblies. The service quickly expanded once customers experienced the level of support and quality they would receive when working with Princeton Tool. Technical sales manager Barry
Beech noted “We are able to support customers throughout the United States of America by working with engineers on safe and effective shipping containers. Our location has not hindered us from shipping product to customers on either the west coast or east coast. Princeton Tool is a manufacturing facility that supports the aerospace, medical and power generation industries. With over 160+ employees and 4 facilities totaling over 150,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing Wax Injection, Dress and Assembly, Machining-EDM, CNC, Waterjet, Grinding, Datum Transfer Drilling, Metrology-Blue Light and CMM. Currently supporting the delivery of 800 castings and/or patterns a DAY, delivering multiple tooling packages in various complexities each week and utilizing state of the art technology with multiple ATOS blue light scanning systems to support reverse engineering and first article inspections.
