A Message from the Executive Director The ICI’s backbone is networking through live events. I

hope it goes without saying that the health and safety of our attendees is paramount to our success and our utmost priority. The ICI is taking all developments concerning the

coronavirus (Covid-19) very seriously and will continue to monitor the situation. We have no plans to postpone or cancel the Business & Leadership Development Conference. Event registration is on an equal or better pace when compared to prior years, but should we find ourselves in a position where the event is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded. The ICI is following CDC guidance and monitoring their

website (https://www.cdc.gov/). We will continue to monitor the situation and of course will be in discussion with health authorities and the Board of Directors regarding this event. As long as the ICI can provide a safe and healthy venue where attendees can conduct business, we’ll continue to do so. The ICI works to ensure the highest possible degree of

hygiene and safety at its events. The health and safety of all attendees is our highest priority. Sincerely, Joseph E. Fritz, Executive Director
