How Are Hiring Practices and Benefits Changing In 2020?
So, if you can attract the right talent, how do you keep them?
F
or the business owner, atracting and retaining the right talent is an important and oſten overlooked
challenge. Finding the best candidate can require hours of effort—and that’s before onboarding. In order to differentiate your company and succeed in an employee- centered job market, one must combine a reputation for a great workplace culture with competitive compensation and benefits. In human resources, new technological
advances for recruiting and more job options for candidates have led to a trend in hiring called “ghosting,” where a candidate comes to the interview, accepts the job and then never comes to work on Day 1—to never be heard from again.
