answers you already have, but you will keep bypassing them. SO GO DEEP! I know for sure that many of us try filling
voids with the wrong things because either we don't know or we are not honest with ourselves. I know that every emotion or experience does not affect us all the same. However, we should be able to look at ourselves and take off the veil. You can liſt yourself up because you
need to be in that good space to go out and face the world daily or you can tear yourself down with a lie to go out and face the world daily. Which would you choose? Which is beter, no which is healthier? I've stated it before and I'll state it again. Tere are people watching us and checking our moves. I'm not talking about Facebook people; I'm talking about our children, our nieces and nephews, people in our place of worship (social media too). You owe it to yourself to look at your life
openly and honestly. Can you do this? Will you do this? Will you stand and live in your truth on your job, in your relationships, in your marriage, in your prayer life? As an entrepreneur (regardless of what type) this may be even heavier because you may find yourself dealing with more people and some of the stakes are higher. Te truth is sometimes we're building
ourselves up because we don't or haven't measured up the way we'd like to. Tere are various reasons for this. In some cases, we may have peaked and are living off of the accolades of our past. Another reason is that we have slowed up and don't have the consistency that we once had and now it's started to show. Sometimes it may simply be because
we are trying to stay in a conversation that we haven't established ourselves in partially, consistently or at all. What do we do? We face ourselves with that critical in-depth analysis and become the person that we are to be. We learn about the industry, we learn about the profession and most importantly . . .

we learn how to put it into action. We watch how others work at the craft for an example. We get the degree and learn from formal application and we learn to be consistent so that we can get consistent results.
THE EXPERTISE Your level of expertise is essential for multiple reasons. If you really excel at it #1 it’s a sign that you are aligned for something much bigger than yourself. If there is a lot of room for improvement, that speaks to the point that you may be on your way to that place. #2 the people that you serve really need what you have to offer. It doesn’t mater whether it’s the planning, the preparation or the implementation. Tis is another sign that you are aligned appropriately. Tere are a number of people in various
industries and professions that may be good at what they do but their customers will suffer because they are not aligned genuinely. Here are a few things that can help you with your alignment even if it’s not a natural fit. #1 ask questions in your work environment, #2 observe those around you (especially those in leadership) for ways of enhancing your talent, #3 go to conferences, workshops and trainings so that you really get it and finally maybe take some time of your own to look into your craſt. Te people that we serve in any service
industry really need us and that will become a positive reflection on your company, your department or division, your superior, your family and definitely on you! I believe that many of us would be surprised how we can become a spark in the lives of others simply by being the best versions of ourselves. Tat is a level of customer service and
leadership which is very much needed in our society today. Don’t take my word for it, try it out and if it doesn’t work consider other options. ❚
