Exertis has announced the appointment of Liz Greenwood as UK IT director, reporting to Richard Hinds, Exertis UK&I, chief operating officer. She will have responsibility to continue to drive the overall service and performance improvements associated with the UK IT function. In addition, she will play a lead role in defining the company’s future SAP roadmap and critically how the solution is used to deliver value across all areas of the business. “I am delighted to welcome Liz to lead our UK IT team. She has over twenty years’ experience of delivering global digital transfor- mations and significant cultural change across IT and business functions in a variety of industry sectors,” said Hinds. “We are in the midst of a large-scale infrastructure deployment in addition to a number of key projects to support our people across several remote offices across the country, so Liz’s appointment is timely.” Greenwood joins from Royal Mail Group, having spent almost eight years with the company most recently as business IT direc- tor for Parcelforce Worldwide. Prior to that, she worked at Fujitsu Services for seven years in a variety of senior IT and business roles and at Siemens for five years.

Biamp has announced that Niclas Brattberg has been promoted to the position of General Manager for the Middle East and Asia-Pa- cific. This new position is designed to increase local presence and support for Biamp's distribution partners and clients in these re- gions. Brattberg brings more than 25 years of experience leading international sales organizations to this new role and will oversee all elements of Biamp's go-to-market strategy and execution in the Middle East and Asia.

During his 15 years in this role, Brattberg established deep relationships with distributors, governments, and corporate clients. Before joining AMX, Brattberg held multiple senior man- agement and sales positions at Ericsson overseeing operations around the world, including the U.S., Latin America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

AVIXA has appointed Joé Lloyd as the association's Senior Director of Communications. Lloyd will lead AVIXA's public relations and internal communications, and support brand positioning, market intelligence, and content development. Lloyd joins AVIXA from NanoLumens where she was the Vice President of Global Marketing and Business Development since 2015. In that role, she was a member of the company's executive leadership and responsible for the brand's channel and market strategy, media relations, and channel communications. Plantronics has announced the appointment of Carl Wiese as ex- ecutive vice president, chief revenue officer and global head of sales. Wiese brings more than 30 years of experience in sales, marketing, services, and product management for enterprise tech- nology leaders.
Digital Projection has announced the appointment of Thierry Ol- livier to the newly created role of EMEA business development manager. The appointment is in line with the company’s strategic expansion and client support programme in the EMEA region. Re- porting to Chris Axford, Digital Projection’s international sales and marketing director, Ollivier will support the sales team in joint de- velopment of projects on three major projectors and technologies aimed at specific markets, namely the INSIGHT 4K HFR 360 for VR, the INSIGHT 8K for broadcast, simulation and planetarium applications, plus the next generation of Satellite MLS (Modular Laser System).

When asked about his first actions within the role, Ollivier said: “My first task in the role will be to conduct a thorough market analysis based on findings as well as my own ex- perience, before moving to prospection and promotion, in order to demonstrate the superiority of these key visual innovations. Commenting on his new position, Ollivier said: “Digital Projec- tion has a reputation for innovation and technical advancement.
