Bike challenge helps charity
Sarah and Andrew Tattersfield, from Mission Nutrition Rotherham, are celebrating after completing the London to Cologne bike ride. The local Herbalife Nutrition members from Heath formed part of a 67- strong team that took on the four-day challenge. Navigating their way from
Trafalgar Square in London to Harwich, the group’s journey continued through the Netherlands before finishing at the foot of Cologne Cathedral in Germany. Herbalife Nutrition has
supported Action for Children since 2007 and this latest pursuit has raised over £30,000 for the charity. Sarah said: “It was an
incredible experience with an amazing amount of money raised for Action for Children.” The money raised will be
used to provide cooking sessions and nutritional information to disadvantaged children and young people from local communities.

currently performed when opening a high street bank account are actually more rigorous than those carried out when registering a new company – banks rightly recognise that not ‘knowing their customer’ can lead to misuse of financial systems to facilitate fraud. The protections offered to directors of

limited liability companies by the corporate veil are powerful, and directors should be subject to a correspondingly greater degree of scrutiny. The current lack of director ID verification means that individuals who wish to obscure their involvement with other firms can enter a slightly different version of their name onto the Companies House register. Making the information held at Companies House as robust and accurate as possible can only help legitimate businesses by making it harder for fraudulent operators to hoodwink suppliers and customers.”
