My favourite new cookbook this winter has to be Rebel Recipes by Niki Webster. Based on the hit blog of the same name, it contains plenty of colourful and imaginative plant-based recipes. You won't fi nd any limp lettuce or boring old-school vegan dishes here. Instead, Niki gathers together some of her all- time favourite recipes; including Caramelized Banana & Peanut Crumble and Lemony Spiced Lentil & Chickpea Soup (both of which can be found in this issue of FOODLOVER).
