“After the Chamber’s Director Development Programme we were able to plan and review aspects of the business based on what I had learned. The insight was fantastic and the range and depth of the areas covered gave me so much to focus on. It also offered a fresh approach and a wider appreciation of how things can be done. “It’s enabled me to step back, look at the business holistically and understand where our strengths and weaknesses are and where any weaknesses can be improved on. I was optimistic that something good would come out of attending the programme but I had no idea that my level of motivation would be as great or that I would learn so much.”

Craig Harbron, Design Engineer, Bennett Engineering
