Richard and Leslie Balfour-Lynn have always had an “avid interest in vineyards and a genuine passion for wine”.


So when the 400-acre Staplehurst farming estate that surrounds their 16th-century manor came up for auction in 2001, they saw the chance of a lifetime.

Ciders
