Fireworks Evening The Spitfire Ground, St Lawrence, Canterbury
The family focused event has grown in popularity steadily, moving from 400 guests to over 6,000 in recent years. The event includes a dramatic 20 minute pyrotechnics display as its centrepiece, but also includes fairground attractions, live music, dance displays and a range of food and beverage options. The display starts from 7.15pm. Tickets cost £8 for adults and £4 for children.

Fireworks Spectacular Kent Life, Sandling
Be stunned by the fire breathers lighting a mesmerising bonfire and witness the countdown to a firework display. Join in for this momentous celebration to mark the end of a season and the beginning of winter festivities. The bonfire will be lit at 6.15pm followed by the themed fireworks at 6.30pm. Please note the gates will be closed and last admission will be at 6pm. Tickets are available to book online on

Fair Union Crescent, Margate

This fair is run in conjunction with Margate’s United Church and is a great opportunity to buy and sell stamps, postcards, coins, books, antiques and small collectables. The event runs from 10am to 3pm. Refreshments are available.
November 9 Te Dickens Festival
Costume Sale Rochester Corn Exchange, Rochester
A one day pop-up shop selling costumes and accessories for the discerning Victorian ladies and gentlemen attending the upcoming Dickensian Christmas Festival. The event will run from 10am to 3pm in the Prince’s Hall.
