tours.They were a host for Open Farm Days last year, and plan to do so again this sum-
mer.They are also considering cheese-making night courses. “It gives it more of a local, natu-
ral feel, and I think customers trust you a little bit more when they can literally walk into your plant at any time and watch what you do,and not have to worry what you are doing with their food.”
