Buy, Sell & Consignment Eddie Farrage, owner of Eddie's Cuisine and Pizza, boxes up a pizza.

decided, as brothers,”said Farrage.“When we started making the business, mak- ing the sauce,we changed so many things until we decided, the four of us, agreed on that. It’s up to the individual. The taste, how you like it.” However, be careful in your measurements, because that’s how it can end up

too greasy. “Whatever you do with your sauce, be careful, don’t add too much, like an oil

or water or anything else. You’ve got to measure it right.” The ingredients you use must be fresh and of good quality — even when put- ting pineapple on pizza, a debate which has divided pizza lovers.Although Farrage says that he can take it or leave it, it’s all about personal taste. “Sometimes, I agree with pineapple (on pizza),”said Farrage, noting that pineapple is on two of his specialty pizzas — Eddie’s Mistake and a spicy Buffalo Chicken Ranch.“The pineapple, it gives it that little special taste with the other ingredients, so I’ll say I’m with it.” When making pizza, remember it is always better right out of the oven,so be

sure to serve it right away. “You make the pizza, just serve it.Don’t leave it laying around or stuff like that. When you’re ready for the pizza, you make your pizza.”
