CHURCHES TOGETHER IN COCKERMOUTH AREA WALKING GROUP
DIFFERENCE AT From Italian and Mediterranean food, to
curries and classic British fare, there is something for every food lover with the Taste CA13 dining offer.
The initiative has been created by Cockermouth and District Chamber of Trade and will run from Wednesday, 16th October, to Sunday, 10th November.
Participating restaurants, hotels, pubs and cafes will each offer a two-course menu at a discounted price, starting at just £10.00 for two courses.
Andrew Marshall, chairman of the Chamber of Trade, said: “It’s really easy for diners. They simply choose their venue and the offer they want – the deals are colour coded, so that it’s simple to spot the prices. They must reserve a table, so the venue knows they’re taking advantage of the CA13 deal. Then they can sit back, relax and enjoy some of the best food our town and its surrounding villages have to offer.

Glenderaterra Valley, Keswick. Our next walk will be on Saturday 21st September, a circuit of approximately 6 miles from Gale Road, Keswick. We shall walk above Glenderaterra Beck, passing beneath Lonscale Fell on the outward journey and return beneath, Blease Fell and pass Blencathra Centre.
