...to the 2019/20 edition of The Spence Willard Magazine. We hope you will enjoy seeing a selection of some of the finest country and coastal properties on the Island. Our aim is for you to experience a snippet of the wonders the Island has to offer, as well as some hidden gems, so you can see why this is, in our opinion, one of the best places to own a home.

This year we have been pleased to appoint three long-serving, highly experienced team members as Associate Directors; Sam Branston, Jason Siviter and Laura Homes. We look forward to their increased involvement as part of the management team, bringing and developing ideas to make your engagement with Spence Willard the best it can be.

With the ever-changing economic and political environment, the property market has perhaps been more uncertain than in previous years. However, we have found people are still drawn to the ideals of the Island as a place to raise a family, retire, start a new business venture or have a second home to escape to – and have had a successful year in making many people’s dreams of a new home become a reality.
