WIN! Tickets to the Kent County Show
The region’s showcase event for farming, countryside, and rural life is celebrating its 90th anniversary – and we have three family tickets, worth £50 each, to give away
or three days a year, animals, horses, vintage vehicles, retail stands and more converge on the Kent Showground in Detling for a celebration of the best of the county – and this year is extra special as the Kent County Show marks its 90th anniversary. The International Dzhigitovka Show will take centre stage and demonstrate the world-class military and gymnastic skills of the British Dzhigitovka Team, joined by current world champion Sergey Murugov and other national champions. Riding on Andalucian stunt horses, the team will thrill with fl aming jumps, horseback archery, and human pyramids. The

performers have trained with Russian Cossacks in the special style of trick riding, or dzhigitovka, to put on a fast-paced display of stunts. With a fl ypast from the Spirit of Kent
Spitfi re, birds of prey, Sheep Show, pole climbing and live music also joining the line-up, the 2019 show is set to amaze.
The show is held on the 5th, 6th and 7th
July, from 8am-6pm everyday, at the Kent Showground, Detling ME14 3JF. Tickets are valid for any one day, children under-fi ve go free and there is ample free parking. • For more information, and to book online, visit

How to enter
INDEX has three family tickets (two adults and two children aged fi ve-15) worth £50 to give away. For your chance to win, simply send your name, address, contact number and email on a postcard to: Kent County Show competition, INDEX, 39 Little Mount Sion, Tunbridge Wells TN1 1YS by midday on 31st May 2019.
T&Cs. The winners will be the fi rst three entries drawn at random at midday on Friday 31st May 2019. There is no cash alternative, the prize is not transferable and the editor’s decision is fi nal. Tickets will be posted to the winners.
