Princess Christian’s Army Nursing Service Reserve Cape Badge, silver, reverse numbered ‘882’, pin-backed, good very fine

The Princess Christian’s Army Nursing Service Reserve was established in 1897, and its members served in South Africa during the Boer War, where the Princess Christian Hospital was based in Pinetown, near Durban.
The unit was disbanded in 1907, with its members transferring to Queen Alexandra’s Imperial Military Nursing Service Reserve. 786
