Comprehensive system analysis of price change and its direction in a trend


The author presents a new method of technical analysis that was created to predict, with high accuracy, price movement direction. The method is based on the assumption that price change (movement) in a trend can be described by the laws of mechanics of rigid bodies. For the calculations, interpreting and storing data uses some elements of the BlockChain technology.


Description of the method


The method assumes that price changes in a trend can be seen as the uniformly accelerated motions of rigid bodies. For that, we must determine and calculate some


parameters such as movement, path and time. Knowing these parameters, we can calculate Velocity and Acceleration with which the closing price changes in a trend. Then we conduct a comprehensive system analysis of


data obtained with 4 time frames and an interpretation of these data. Te interpretation allows us to spot some signals, on the basis of which, we can predict the direction of price change (movement) in a trend. Some elements of the BlockChain
