Hot Tub & Swim Spa Scene ACCESSORY SALES

INTERNET SALES AS SIMPLE AS ABC

want to do so in an attractive way. Likewise, there’s been growing interest in outdoor cooking and dining areas. Popularised by TV chefs such as James Martin and Jamie Oliver, pizza ovens offer and smokers offer great alternatives to the traditional charcoal BBQ.

STRATEGIC APPROACH “When you buy a pair of glasses, you’ll need a case to protect them, too. And that very same principle applies when owners invest in a hot tub,” points out Golden Coast director Dominic Adams.

“But it doesn’t stop at the cover. By really considering what your customers will want, need and expect, you can keep one step ahead… and it’s that kind of thinking which led to the creation of Essentials.”

Essentials is Europe’s largest range of pool and spa accessories available through one supplier. Dominic explains: “Many items in our Essentials range are impulse buys for customers already

The Aqua Warehouse Group is offering a straight-forward solution to maximising e-commerce sales.

Aqua Warehouse Group is launching a new e-commerce retail website for dealerships to maximise their potential for online accessories sales.

“We are hearing that more and more that customers are buying online and not going back into showrooms. Why? Almost definitely convenience but also more choice of products,” suggests Richard.

“We have noticed a rapid increase in dealers using our existing trade Aqua Spa Supplies website for drop shipping to their customers, so the natural process is to give that dealer their own online site.”

The concept is simple.

1.) ABC Hot Tubs want an e-commerce site on their existing website, but the cost is very high, they don’t have much product or stock and they don’t have time to pack and wrap, etc.

2.) Aqua Warehouse Group produce an accessory site for ABC’s website, with their logo, contact details, etc. However, the site has more product than ABC could ever offer and it’s a simple add-to-cart system.

3.) The order is fulfilled by Aqua Spa Supplies, who pack and send to customer on the same day, therefore giving a fantastic customer experience.

4.) All of a sudden ABC Hot Tubs are gaining additional revenue from new and existing customers and they do not have to do much work to achieve it, as it’s been done for them.

Richard concludes: “We launched this at a very full seminar at the recent SPATEX event and the uptake from dealers across the country has blown us away. Almost 100% see it as a ‘no brainer’.”
