Update: Two new casinos opened last sum- mer in Atlantic City - Hard Rock International purchased the former site of Taj Mahal and transformed the property into the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino; and Ocean Resort Casino opened on the site of the former Revel. Steel Pier also added its new Observation Wheel at the end of 2017, a 227-foot high attraction offering sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean and city sky- line. The wheel can offer packages crafted for groups and special events.


Features: The Atlantic City Convention Center offers an on-site audio-visual provider, food service, media, an on-site business center and free Wi-Fi. The conven- tion center is committed to preserving its unique seaside environment while provid- ing a safe, healthy atmosphere for guests. Several initiatives have already been imple- mented throughout the facility, while others are in the works that explore new opportu- nities to better conserve and reuse valuable resources through recycling, retrofitting and seeking energy alternatives.


Community: A short distance from the con- vention center are shops, five-star restau- rants, attractions and performance spaces, plus a world-famous boardwalk that is home to casinos, amusements, museums and more. The nearby marina district fea- tures luxurious casino properties, fine din- ing, ample entertainment, and the AC Waterfront Sculpture Walk.
