Community: Delaware is a tax-free zone, presenting a major cost savings for clients. Wilmington is situated between Philadelphia and New York to the north and Baltimore and Washington, DC to the south, and is only 20-minutes from the Philadelphia International Airport, one mile from an Amtrak station, and minutes to major highways. Located along the Christiana River, Chase Center is just steps from several restaurant options and outdoor activities along the riverfront. Attendees can stroll the Riverwalk, watch a movie at an IMAX cinema, take in an evening dinner cruise or an outdoor concert. Visit the cultural attractions like Delaware Theatre Company or the Grand Opera House. Or catch a Wilmington Blue Rocks baseball game at Frawley Stadium.
