Affiliated Dressage At


Amersham Dressage, Fullers Hill Farm, Bucks. on Saturday 26th January


The first British Dressage affiliated show at Amersham Dressage for over a decade. Classes ran from Prelim to Elementary alongside our BD Quest Show. Despite the weather being exceptionally cold and windy, judge Annette Scott had a full day to cope with! Many combinations achieved good scores with one of the highlights being Demi Howard-Cartwright and her 11yo stallion Hilkens Charismatic, known as Charlie at home (picture to the right). The pair have only been together since october last year and Demi is only 11yo herself, yet they secured two Novice wins with one score over 72%.


We have worked very hard to improve the facilities at Amersham and the arenas rode well. Competitors are able to warm up in the large outdoor arena or the indoor school and compete adjacent to the warm up, perfect for nervous or young horses. There is also refreshments available, tea and coffee and cake! Amersham Dressage will be running BD qualifying classes for the rest of the year on the last Saturday of each month. We hope to see you there!
