The exclusive Royal Box, the most coveted location at Guards Polo Club, was the perfect location for the second Champagne Laurent-Perrier and Mosimann's pairing dinner. Held on a warm summer’s evening in early July,
members were welcomed by a champagne reception on the Royal Box Terrace, before sampling an array of Laurent- Perrier champagnes over dinner. Philipp Mosimann and his team had created a bespoke menu to accompany this tasting evening, with each Mosimann dish carefully balancing the flavours of the champagne, without ever
