Discover how the flowing and graceful movements of tai chi can reduce stress and anxiety, improve balance and body control, increase the feeling of peace and well-being, and promote health and healing. Learn the basic breathing, movement, and philosophy of tai chi and begin to practice this ancient art form of meditation in motion. Beginning and returning students are welcome.

Walking is one of the best ways to exercise! Enjoy the benefits of walking indoors. The Eastside Community Center gym is open Monday–Friday from 3–4 pm, but will not be available January 21, February 15 & 18, and March 1. The Civic Center gym is open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 1-3 pm, but will not be available on January 21. Please, no street shoes.
