Do what you love and love what you do is my motto. In 2004, I was thrust into the Real Estate World working in Legal and Title services just after graduating from Florida International University. I assisted


buyers with their final step in the homeownership process-closing.


After obtaining my MBA, I sought to work in Affordable Housing and in 2014 joined Housing and De- velopment Services (HDS) with their eHousingPlus division as Supervisor of Program Administration. My goal is to provide the issuers assistance with their questions and the goals they have for analyzing and improving their programs. eHousingPlus has worked with TALHFA for over 20 years, and at this most recent conference they were a proud two key sponsor in the most recent TALHFA Conference in Lost Pines.


eHousingPlus has pioneered the Program Administration and Compliance services for single family and homeownership programs since 1998 providing services to 81 agencies, fostering relationships and training over 1,066 lending organizations and managing 269 homeownership and MCC programs nationally. eHousingPlus is undergoing exciting changes in 2018: Digital Docs, our NEW state-of-the-art compliance file delivery portal and eHPay, allows for designated users with lending institutions to submit ACH pay- ment authorization for the compliance files.
