Many operators of small or medium-sized companies are concentrating on the ‘day-to-day’ business and may not be fully aware of the obligations they undertook when being granted their operating licence. This conference, which brings together LGV/HGV and PSV operators, will
give you the opportunity to hear about current legislation and how it impacts your business – to keep your licence. In addition, you’ll hear about new rules and regulations on how to operate your transport legally. This event will answer questions such as: • What are the main issues that come before the West Midlands Traffic Commissioner and how they are enforced?
