DHU Health Care is a community interest company employing in excess of a 1200 people comprising health care advisors and nurse advisors based at three call centres, as well as district nurses, health care assistants, GPs and advanced nurse practitioners based at health care centres and hospitals across Derbyshire, East Staffordshire and Leicestershire.
DHU is recognised as a significant and trusted partner to health care organisations across the East Midlands, delivering rapid, high quality care and treatment to patients who need urgent health care support when their GP practice is closed. DHU also provide the NHS111 health care advice line 24 hours a day, 365 days a year across the East Midlands.
