MEMBER ZONE
PA VIRTUAL HUB IS LAUNCHED
The founder of Bespoke PA Services is creating a virtual admin hub for likeminded professionals. Sofia Gallo has a vision for future administrative support for
entrepreneurs, micro and small businesses. So she is setting up the hub for fellow virtual assistants to enable them
to support one another, from diary management, to social media management, to bookkeeping, all in one place. July saw the first of a series of networking meetings at De Vere Horwood Estate, where Sofia met with other virtual assistants (pictured), who like
her, are currently supporting individuals with their administration, but they don’t necessarily need a full time employee. Sofia, who currently works at board level for two directors as well as an
Interior designer and private medical consultants, said: “All of us have different skill sets and various clients, but we all have the same common aim, which is to support and create more time for others. It has been incredible to meet other likeminded virtual assistants and who knows, I might even think of an MK or Bucks Association of Virtual Assistants in future.”

QUALIFICATION COMES OUT ON TOP
Cranfield School of Management’s MBA has been named as one of the top 20 programmes in the world for entrepreneurship by the Financial Times. The results were compiled
from a combination of statistics and information from recent graduates. The MBA’s ranking for entrepreneurship climbed 25 places from 2017 to be ranked 18th in the world, one of the highest climbers in this year’s rankings. Dr Andrew Angus, director
of Cranfield School of Management’s MBA programme, said: “We are delighted that the Cranfield MBA continues to go from strength-to-strength and remains one of the leading programmes of its type in the world. “The ranking reflects the
emphasis that we have placed on entrepreneurship over the last few years, with entrepreneurship now being a key component of the MBA programme.”
