Winners - Ben Holloway, Chippenham – Swimming
Ben is 17 years old and from Chippenham. Volunteering for the Chippenham amateur swimming club, he regularly assists the coached poolside as well as helping to organise and deliver a recent water polo event. Along with the volunteering for his club, Ben also supports the Wiltshire Disability Swimming squad during their monthly sessions. His help at these sessions means more individual attention can be given to a larger number of participants. Ben is currently undertaking his level 1 coaching qualification and under the supervision of club coached is developing and implementing coaching sessions for the younger club members.
Winner - Elly Humphries Alderbury Nr. Salisbury – Cheerleading
Elly is the Assistant Coach at the Pheonix Starts Cheerleading Club in Salisbury. She has developed her skills in the sport and has attended several training courses in order to get better qualified. She has helped to take two teams to an international competition in 2013 and to regional and national events in 2014. Elly has helped to develop a successful training programme, which has seen the clubs athletes improve their skills, with some now working on a level six stunts and tumbling which is at a world class standard. Ely creates all the choreography for the club.

Award Category: Young Sports Personality of the year
is a member of the British Cycling GB Academy. The last 12 months have seen Lauren win on both the track and the road. Her successes have included winning the UCI Youth Omnium Championships and breaking the Paracycling senior British record for the Women’s C4 flying 200m and C4 500m time trials as well as the World record for the Women’s C4 flying 200m.

Lauren is a C4 cyclist aged 13 years old from Chippenham. She
In September Lauren came second in the Flying 200m at the British Championships and became the new British Champion for para 500m time trails, riding an amazing race in a time of 40.654 seconds, a new national record.
