DESIGNER: What are your preferred materials in the kitchen at home inudin r rts rin nd esehere SLACK: an’t stand wortops that are high maintenane: wood that an’t get wet, or stone that stains if lemon tohes it. t’s maddening when it loos great t doesn’t fntion as a ithen. lie something strdy and heatproof for a wor srfae. That said, for a home ithen ’m a fan of natre materials so my own ithen is a wood wortop and Cotswold stone walls. have a la tiled oor whih was a hge mistae it gets so hot in the smmer and it shows p every spe of dirt.

So many ithens oo in when ’m woring as a private hef in residential homes have lots of wortop spae t only really one one whih an e sed for hopping, miing et. have two in mine one net to the ho for hopping et, and one at the other side of the ithen net to the mier for pastry and nonho ooing.
