sition from the lazy days of summer to the early alarm clock ringing but along with that is the excitement of a new year and shopping for school supplies and getting ready for sports and all the other activi- ties that our children participate in. It is really a great time of year and fun to be starting a new year. Besides supplies and other materi- als, let’s also give our children all the emotional support they need. Let’s set boundaries for them, talk to them, listen to their stories, ask what they are feeling. Let’s teach them organization and self-disci- pline. Let’s limit the technology and emphasize reading. Let’s teach them to communicate with friends and family in person without tech- nology. Let’s let them know through our words and feelings how much we love them and keep them safe in all ways. Our children are precious and deserve our attention. They are

Let’s make them our priority, not by spoiling them but by teaching them respon- sibility and we can do that by taking our responsibility of parenting seriously and joyously. represent imbalances in the Triple Warmer energy system. If you’re holding onto emotional issues, your body will hold onto stress and excess weight. If you don’t take care of the energies of stress and anxiety, then it will be very difficult to lose weight. Let go of emotional issues to be

free, healthy and happy. What is TripleWarmer? TripleWarmer is an energy system responsible

for your safety and survival. It has the ability to conscript energy from any other system except the heart to keep you safe and protected. TripleWarmer functions as a meridian and a radiant circuit (joy generator). Triple Warmer meridian and Triple Warmer radiant circuit need to be balanced for you to be healthy and resilient to stress. Since most of us are in constant stress,Triple Warmer remains activated and this over-energized statemay become your nor- mal state of living/being. While it may seem nor- mal, it isn’t a healthy state. One side effect- among many- is we gain weight.
